Australian EDM fans could be in for a treat as the wildly popular British DJ gave fans hope he could soon be gracing Aussie shores.
Fred Again — who is well known for teasing one-off secret shows on his social media — has been posting to Instagram recently, driving speculation he will be making a stop Down Under.
Fans on Reddit have broken down a recent Instagram story he shared of a Facetime screenshot with the My Bloody Valentine song Soon playing in the background.
In the corner, Fred Again is posing with a jar of Vegemite — with eagle-eyed fans speculating he’s coming to Australia soon.
Another recent story suggests the 30-year-old may be doing a Melbourne show at the Rod Laver Arena after he posted a photo of backstage equipment marked with red tape that read: “Fred Again. Rod Laver”.
To add fuel to the fire, the in-demand producer shared more Instagram stories on the weekend alongside Australian artist Joy Anonymous and wrote, “getting on a flight tomorrow”.
Today, he shared even more videos boarding a plane — with fans believing they have spotted the Qantas kangaroo logo on the wing of the plane — suggesting the producer is on a flight to Australia.
“We’re getting on a flight now, and when we land, we’re gonna play some shows,” he wrote in another story earlier today.

The Jungle hitmaker made a pit stop in Perth just over a year ago at St Jerome’s Laneway Festival alongside big names such as Phoebe Bridgers, Haim and Finneas.
Before his Perth gig, the DJ caused mayhem in Melbourne when he decided to put on a secret show in Melbourne which he announced the day he was due to perform, which sold out in just 30 seconds.
