The model-turned-actress arrived on the red carpet wearing a bold red Valentino gown with cutouts at the sides and an oversized bow at the base. She paired the look with Tiffany & Co. earrings in platinum with diamonds, as well as a mixture of Tiffany Victoria bracelets and rings. Waterhouse wore her signature dirty blonde locks in glam curls and kept her makeup natural with a dramatic cat-eye.

Waterhouse bared her bump in a red cutout Valentino gown.

Waterhouse, who is expecting her first first child with her longtime partner (and rumored fiancé), Robert Pattinson, told E! News that designers had to "really redesign the dress" to flatter her pregnant body.

"I was really excited about this look, Valentino. I tried it on a couple of months ago but it didn’t even — like, I had to hold it," the mom-to-be explained. "The fitting was me just holding it to my body, so they had to really take it apart, and they had to redesign this dress to make it fit the bump. But it does and I’m really happy that it worked."

The actress is in attendance tonight for her Amazon series, Daisy Jones & The Six, which is nominated for Best Limited Series. Other shows in the category include Beef, Dahmer—Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story, Fleishman Is in Trouble, and Obi-Wan Kenobi.

Her Emmys outing comes just two months after confirming she and Pattinson have a baby on the way.
