Colchester celebrating with 4th of July fireworks

COLCHESTER, Vt. (WCAX) - The town of Colchester is celebrating the Fourth of July on Thursday with multiple events during the day and fireworks planned for after dark.

Starting at 5 p.m., food vendors will begin serving at Bayside Park.

Live music will start at 6:45 p.m. and will be performed until about 8:45 p.m. when it’s time for the fireworks. They will be launched from Bayside Softball Field.

Earlier in the day, Colchester had a fun run and a parade.
