If you’re a believer that ‘every bit counts’ then you’ll be interested in what’s going on in the Bega Valley in New South Wales.

It’s aiming to become Australia’s most circular economy, meaning most of its household, commercial, and agricultural waste is recovered and reused locally.

From waste water as irrigation … to squeezing the last bit out of dairy waste, the shire is aiming to be 30 per cent circular by the end of the decade.
