Until this month Al Yazbek was one of the country’s top restaurateurs. His Nomad Restaurant Group operates the title diner in Sydney’s Surry Hills and the newly opened Reine & La Rue in Melbourne. They were filled at lunch by corporates, and were a hit with the media.
