Arda Güler spoke to the media while collecting his player of the match award after Turkey’s 3-1 win over Georgia. Güler scored an incredible goal that gave Turkey the lead, and was a constant threat for Gerogia’s defence all game. He even stepped up defensively, tracking down numerous Georgia players and winning all his tackles in a game-winning performance. In the post-match conference, he was asked about Carlo Ancelotti, to which he said: “My coach Ancelotti sent me a message before the match and wished me success. Real Madrid’s support also motivates me a lot.”
