Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo sat down for Vanity Fair’s Lie Detector Test series, and the Nickelodeon alum went ahead and cleared up some rumors...specifically, regarding exactly what procedures she’s had done to her face. And turns out, the answer is pretty much nothing. Sorry TikTok!
