Robbery with violence, Cairns City
A 13-year-old girl and a 14-year-old girl were arrested in the city in the early hours of yesterday morning, July 31.
It will be alleged the girls assaulted an 18-year-old female and a 20-year-old female at an Esplanade business just after midnight on Tuesday.
It will be further alleged the girls then followed the two victims through the city area assaulting them multiple times before stealing the victim’s mobile phones.
The two victims did not require medical treatment.
Both girls had also allegedly been involved in other incidents in the area in the preceding months.
The 13-year-old Bentley Park girl has been charged with four counts of assault, two of stalking, one of robbery with violence, and two counts of stealing.
She is due to appear before Cairns Childrens Court, September 12.
The 14-year-old Cairns City girl has been charged with four counts of assault, two of stalking, one of robbery with violence, two counts of stealing, and one of attempted enter premises.
She has been remanded in custody and will re-appear at Cairns Childrens Court, September 10.

Break and enter, Manoora
A 17-year-old Edmonton boy has been charged after being located by officers near the corner of Enmore and Macilwraith Streets yesterday afternoon.
It will be alleged the boy entered a Macilwraith Street address just before 10am yesterday morning before he was confronted by the homeowner who chased him from the premises.
The boy had also allegedly been involved in other previous incidents including the theft of a vehicle from a Robert Road address on July 25.
He has been charged with one count each of enter dwelling, unlawful use of motor vehicle, stealing, possess dangerous drugs, and driving unlicensed.
He has been refused bail and will appear before Cairns Childrens Court today, August 1.

Stealing, Cairns City
A 14-year-old boy and a 16-year-old boy were arrested yesterday afternoon outside a McLeod Street shopping centre.
It will be alleged the boys have been involved in stealing from a business inside the centre shortly before being located by officers from Cairns Property Crime Unit.
Both boys will also be alleged to have been involved in previous stealing and vehicle offences in the Cairns area.
The 14-year-old White Rock boy has been charged with four counts of stealing, two counts of unlawful use of motor vehicle, and one of driving unlicensed.
He has been refused bail and will appear before Cairns Childrens Court today, August 1.
