The Buffalo Bills (9-2, 7-4 ATS) welcome the San Francisco 49ers (5-6, 4-7 ATS) to Highmark Stadium to finish up a Week 13 Sunday slate with a primetime matchup on "Sunday Night Football" (8:30 p.m. ET on NBC). The Bills, winners of six straight games, face a 49ers team that has struggled so far this season ranked fourth place in the NFC West (+600) after being the favorite to start the season.
While Buffalo is a 6.5-point favorite in the matchup, which has snow in the forecast, the 49ers have won three of their past five games against the Bills. However, with QB Brock Purdy dealing with a shoulder injury and the weather potentially impacting the game, the outcome this year might be different. The total for this game opened at 46.6 points earlier in the week but has since ticked down to 44.5 before kickoff.
The Bills (+650) are currently tied with the Philadelphia Eagles and Baltimore Ravens for the third-shortest odds to make the Super Bowl behind the Detroit Lions (+250) and Kansas City Chiefs (+450). Bills QB Josh Allen is the betting favorite to win the MVP (+145) and could bolster his case with another strong performance Sunday night.
Here is everything you need to know to bet on 49ers-Bills on Sunday Night Football and Ben Solak's favorite pick for the game.

Ben Solak's pick: Bills -6I'm heavy on the Bills this week, who are one of the best teams in football, playing at home, in weather they're better suited for, against a middling opponent that is also dealing with big injury limitations. While Brock Prudy is expected to play, I imagine a sore throwing shoulder will limit him. Meanwhile, left tackle Trent Williams, edge rusher Nick Bosa, slot corner Deommodore Lenoir, guard Aaron Banks and defensive tackle Jordan Elliott are all out for the 49ers.
San Francisco might have their playoffs hope on the line in this game, but they're wholly outclassed and against a motivated Bills team trying to stay in the race for the top seed of the AFC. I think this could get ugly.
