NRL live: Canterbury Bulldogs vs St George Illawarra Dragons ...
Absolutely woeful defence from the Dragons, with Jaeman Salmon jogging to the line as Tom Eisenhuth shoots up. Salmon just bounces out of a tepid tackle attempt, and Luciano Leilua's effort in behind is similarly abysmal, allowing Salmon to score one of the easiest tries he'll ever score.
We're all square at 12-12.
According to ABC Sport sideline reporter Ruan Sims: "They don't believe it's broken but there could be some serious ligament damage."
Just wondering why anyone would leave a comment if the blog (?, yep, that's me, somewhat ITillerate) doesn't show any comments? Are you scarred by any chance John? Hope not, you bloggers do such a great job

For banter purposes, of course.
The Dragons get first use.
There's been some discussion about whether or not this was a try, but I see daylight between Matt Burton and the dead-ball line here.
Key Event
HALF-TIME: The Bulldogs mis out on a chance to equalise, so it remains 12-6 to the DragonsThe Bulldogs try a left-side raid to Josh Addo-Carr, who dives over in the final seconds, but it's sent to the bunker as no try and the replay shows the Fox's left paw firmly on the touchline.
(Getty)The Dragons take the 12-6 lead to the break but that final passage from the Dogs is what's been happening all night, with the left side threatening regularly. It's pretty much the only thing that's looked like breaking through with any regularity, and expect it to be even more effective after the break as big Tom Eisenhuth replaces Jack Bird in the centres.
Key Event
38' Jack Bird is in agony with an ankle injuryThe Dragons centre drags down opposite number Bronson Xerri and comes out of it screaming in agony and crawling off the field.
Trainers are gingerly removing his left boot and the medicab is coming out.
(ABC Sport: Ralph Tucker)The replays show a horribly rolled ankle with a potential dislocation for Bird as he swung around the tackle on Xerri.
Bird's got the green whistle and there's serious concern for his left ankle.
Ben Hunt and Zac Lomax go over to give the poor bloke some love as he's slowly taken off the field.
Kyle Flanagan takes on the line and gets dragged down 2 metres short by Josh Curran, but the five-eighth gets a quick play the ball and Jacob Liddle flies in to dive over from dummy half.
The first is a brilliant floating ball from Hunt that is genuinely one of the best passes you'll ever see, and the second is a fake kick then a step back outside and a wide ball. Lomax is bundled into touch by Josh Addo-Carr, but Adam Gee says a Bulldogs player got a hand to it in flight.
The left-side shift ends with Bronson Xerri putting it on the toe, and Tyrell Sloan almost fumbles as he cleans up, but recovers to ground it in the in-goal.
And Ben Hunt's short dropout is knocked on by Connor Tracey, so the Dragons get the ball back.
Toby Sexton dinks in a grubber and it's perfectly placed into the path of five-eighth Matt Burton.
He gathers it but has he grounded it before the dead-ball line? Referee Adam Gee says yes!
And the replay looks good for the Dogs. Try time.
The Blues hopeful jumps in to break up a pass from Bronson Xerri to Josh Addo-Carr. He had to do it too, because Fox was unmarked outside him.
Kyle Flanagan swings around to the left side of the ruck but he's a decoy at second receiver as Ben Hunt threads a pass between his five-eighth and Tom Eisenhuth, hitting Mosese Suli at speed and he crashes through some admittedly poor defence.
I thought he might have been better off passing outside to Mikaele Ravalawa, but Suli knew he could get there with sheer power.
Ben Hunt tries that little bomb down a narrow short side for a flying Zac Lomax, but the run isn't quite perfect. Jack Bird gets under it, but Lomax sticks a hand out trying some sort of miracle play and it just was never going to be anything other than a knock-on.
That's the sort of play he has to get out of his game.
Jacob Liddle catches Reed Mahoney offside at marker, pokes his nose through the defence and flicks and offload straight onto the chest of Jack Bird charging up in support, but he knocks on.
And he immediately turns around and shouts at Liddle. I can't imagine what he's slagging him off for; seemed like a perfect pass that Bird was expecting.

Fullback and Wiradjuri man Tyrell Sloan says there's a gear steward at the club who wants to see Sloan honour some of the Dragons' Indigenous legends on the field.
"I always bring up [Nathan] Blacklock highlights or [Anthony] Mundine. ... He is massive on them guys and he always says he wants me to do the backflip, the Blacklock and Mundine backflip.
"There's a time and place for it. But I'm not sure Flanno would like it."
Here's Dharug man Josh Curran on his Indigenous heritage...
"As I grew up I found out about my Indigenous side playing All Stars and Indigenous week really dives into heritage and you learn so much.
