The South African beauty, 35, quickly became part of Victoria's Secret's elite model squad after being crowned an 'Angel' in 2010.
Swanepoel has served as the brand's go-to babyfaced blonde — a look supermodel Gigi Hadid has emulated in recent years — for over a decade.
But she appeared to be working with a fiercer, more defined visage while walking the runway on Tuesday night in New York City.
Her brows and eyes had a noticeably lifted look, which is reflective of the popular 'fox eye' trend.

Her cheekbones also looked noticeably sculpted versus her famously fuller cheeks.
Her nose was contoured with bronzing powder to appear slimmer and sharper.
It's long been speculated that Swanepoel had a nose job early in her modeling career but this has never been substantiated.
The runway maven's complexion looked flawless and completely free of lines and wrinkles.
She sported a deep spray tan, which brought out her impressively toned muscles.
Swanepoel has never admitted to going under the knife or using cosmetic injectables — like Botox or Juvederm — to maintain or enhance her appearance.
However, she did previously confess to UBeauty that she has tried several 'in-office cosmetic procedures.'

'I've tried a couple of things. There is no miracle procedure, in my opinion, but I do find laser procedures to be preventative and help the skin from aging,' she told the outlet in 2022.
'I have oily skin, so I need to do extraction facials occasionally and am a firm believer in exfoliating and trying your best to stay out of the sun.'
Swanepoel is very diligent when it comes to using and reapplying a 'strong' sunscreen— which can prevent early signs of aging.
She also said that she uses retinol, which can prevent wrinkles, skin laxity and discoloration.
She said that she once 'broke out terribly' from microneedling — a minimally invasive procedure that involves making tiny punctures in the skin to encourage the production of collagen.
That one bad experience has made her 'not very experimental' when it comes to trying out skin procedures.
Despite having one of the best bodies in the business, Swanepoel — who is a mother of two — claims she doesn't follow a strict diet and has to 'eat a lot' to maintain her weight.
As for her workout regimen, she said that 'thirty minutes a day, four times a week does the trick for me.'
