Goode, Rowe Race in NCAA Championship Meet

VERONA, Wis. – Gwenno Goode, representing the La Salle women's and women's cross country team, and MacCallum Rowe, representing the La Salle men's cross country team, competed in the NCAA National Championship meet earlier today, hosted by the University of Wisconsin.   HOW THEY FINISHED:

Gwenno Goode finished in 99th place, running the 6k event in 20:31.4. This was Goode's first time competing in the National Championship meet. In the men's 10k event, MacCallum Rowe finished in 30:07.6, getting 135th place. His time was a 1:04 better than last year's championship that he ran in. With the cross country seasons officially over, both Rowe and Goode, along with the rest of the cross country athletes, will shift over to prepping for the track & field season, which begins next month.
