On the back of Trump's election and the subsequent surge in Bitcoin prices by around 30%, CRYPTO NEW RICH author and cryptocurrency expert Troy Harris has warned those inexperienced in cryptocurrency - typically Mum and Dad investors - to do their due diligence and research this asset thoroughly before blindly buying in.
He has written his book 'Crypto New Rich' as an informative manual for absolute beginners to outline what they are getting into so that investors are aware of the pitfalls and benefits.
"While we've seen a huge surge in bitcoin value - now at AU$152, 060 - thanks to the recent election of Trump to the White House, those that are jumping aboard the crypto bandwagon need to arm themselves with the knowledge they need to ensure they do not lose their money," Harris said.

He added that while the next 12 months for Bitcoin and Crypto will be huge, it comes with risks like any commodity.
