Cyber Monday Office Chair DealsCyber Monday Meta Quest 2 DealsCyber Monday Power Station DealsCyber Monday Thumb Drive DealsCyber Monday Mesh Router DealsRight now, there’s a price war in the premium travel mug industry. Yeti, Stanley, and Hydro Flask are all offering big discounts on drinkware that you can find in our best travel mugs guide.
The coveted Stanley 40 oz tumbler with handle is not on sale, but it might well be worth buying if you were asked to purchase it by a TikTok-obsessed teen who will be horrified if you try to pass off something else. The HydroFlask above is even cheaper on Nordstrom than Amazon and is our runner-up pick. Reviewer Matt Jancer praised the powder coating that is one of the toughest she’s come across on a beverage container: “Whenever I can foresee some serious abuse happening to a coffee mug on a trip, I take a Hydro Flask.”
Hydro Flask Coffee Mug With Flex Sip Lid (16 Ounce) for $24 ($8 off)
Stanley 40 oz Tumbler with Handle for $45
This is the viral one that people really want. If you're buying a gift for someone who asked for this specifically, it's probably better to get the real deal than to try to buy anything else to save a few bucks.
Stanley Classic Stay Chill Vacuum Insulated Pint Tumbler for $19 (7 off)
You’re going to risk it to save $20, aren’t you? OK, this Stanley cup is also sorta popular!
Fellow Carter (16 Ounce) for $18 ($7 off)
Instead of a tiny sippy hole, the Carter’s screw-on cap reveals a wide tumbler that lets you breathe in your coffee’s aromas as you drink.
Google makes some pretty solid smart displays that can show you what's coming up on your calendar, remind you to feed the cat, and control your smart lights. I've got one in my kitchen and it's a handy way to check out recipes or watch a YouTube video while I cook. Right now, the Google Nest Hub Max smart display is on sale for agonizingly close to an impulse-buy price.
Google Nest Hub Max Smart Display for $129 ($100 off)
There's just one thing that always bothers me about my Google display: why can't I just pick this thing up and take it with me when I leave the room? Google must've thought the same thing when they came up with the Google Pixel Tablet. This is an 11-inch tablet that comes with a dock that turns it into a smart display when you set it down. It's the best of both worlds and, at this price, I'm tempted to finally upgrade.
Google Pixel Tablet With Charging Dock for $400 ($100 off)
Our full review of the Maingear MG-1 is still incoming, but we can say right now that we love it. If you're intimidated by the thought of putting together a gaming PC yourself, Maingear simplifies the choice by narrowing it down to a few performance tiers you can choose from, all of which include an Nvidia 40-Series GPU. You can also tack on a customizable magnetic face plate for the PC, if you're really into your own branding.
Maingear MG-1 Gold Bundle for $1,249 ($50 off, plus $250 in freebies)
All the models come with an extra 3-year warranty (which the company normally sells for $200), and the Gold model includes a free Assassin's Creed Mirage game code. Upgrade to the Platinum or higher model and not only does the discount get larger, but Maingear will throw in Alan Wake II, a pretty fantastic immersive horror story game.
Maingear MG-1 Platinum for $1,649 ($150 off, plus $300 in freebies)
Maingear MG-1 Ultimate for $3,999 ($300 off, plus $300 in freebies)
I just wrote about the Nemo Stargaze for my gifts for dads buying guide. It’s the best camp chair in the world, and it’s $75 off the typical price at Amazon right now. I have seen the price dip lower but it’s usually right up at $300.
The Nemo Stargaze is as much a hybrid hammock as it is a chair, with a seat that swings between the heavy-duty aluminum support posts. As the name implies, adjustable straps mean it can recline so that you can stare up at the starry night sky or fall asleep with a flask by the fire.
Here are a few other outdoor deals we’re excited about right now.
Smartwool Merino Sport T-Shirt for $44 ($11 off)
This merino wool t-shirt will keep you cool, warm, and not smelly.
Garmin Instinct 2S Solar for $300 ($100 off)
The Instinct 2S Solar (9/10, WIRED Recommends) is the best budget pick among sports watchs and has insanely good battery life.
SanDisk Extreme Pro (128 GB)
Anyone who trusts all of their data to the cloud and a computer hard drive is a liar, a fool, or both. We weren’t joking about thumb drive deals, the top two picks in our guide to the best thumb drives are both on sale for Cyber Monday.
Our top thumb drive pick after extensive testing is the SanDisk Extreme Pro which strikes the perfect balance between speed, reliability, and price. The device has a sleek and durable aluminum case with a loop for attaching it to a key ring. You can also save on the PNY Pro Elite, which is our runner-up and our favorite for phones, the iXpand Luxe.
SanDisk Extreme Pro for $10 ($10 off)
Here are two others to consider.
PNY Pro Elite V2 (256 GB) for $24 ($15 off)
The 256 gig version is just $24 on Cyber Monday but you can upgrade to the biggun, a full terabyte, for $90 which is $20 off the typical street price.
SanDisk iXpand (128 GB) for $31 ($9 off)
Our reviewer likes this model as a way of backing up photos and other files from your smartphone. It has a Lightning plug for iPhones and iPads at one end and flips to reveal a USB-C plug at the other, though thankfully this won’t matter much soon.
Eero 6 Mesh System (3-Pack)
If you’re looking for an easy way to upgrade your Wi-Fi and you don’t have time to get technical, Eero’s mesh routers are among the easiest set-and-forget options around. You can dip into our Best Eero Mesh Router guide for advice on the best system for your home–they are all on sale right now. Amazon’s Eero systems are frequently discounted and we have seen these prices before, but they’ve never been lower.
Amazon Eero 6 Mesh Wi-Fi 3-Pack Router for $160 ($40 off)
And here are a few more great options.
Amazon Eero 6+ 3-Pack for $195 ($105 off)
If you want faster top speeds than the basic Eero 6 system, the Eero 6+ supports wider 160-Mhz channels that deliver them.
Amazon Eero Pro 6 3-Pack for $240 ($160 off)
For large and busy family homes, we recommend jumping up to the tri-band Pro 6 system. Each router can cover up to 2,000 square feet and internet speeds up to 1 Gbps.
Amazon Eero Pro 6E Mesh Router for $400 ($150 off)
The top of the Eero 6 range, this is the upgrade pick. It is another tri-band system, but it adds 6-GHz, alongside the usual 2.4-GHz and 5-GHz bands.
My artificial Christmas tree came from Bed, Bath & Beyond and I ordered it the day before the chain went, uh, beyond and I wasn't sure it would ever arrive. However, our colleagues over at Architectural Digest spent a lot of time looking for the best fake Christmas trees and settled on the Balsam Hill Fraser Fir Tree. As they note, “To be honest, we can't tell the difference between Balsam Hill's faux version and the real thing. BH's impressive ‘true needle’ foliage features 40 variations of branch types throughout and the effect is incredibly realistic.”
The 7.5-foot version is on sale for $850 right now. If it really makes no difference to you between a fake tree and a pine-scented candle versus a real tree, it’ll pay for itself in a few years. You can get the 6.5-foot version for just $330.
Balsam Hill Blue 6.5 foot Spruce for $330 ($220 off)
Balsam Hill for $849 ($550 off)
Legos are expensive, especially when they’re collectible. And if the Harry Potter Hogwarts Express set isn’t collectible, then I’m not sure what is. It always sells for $500 and when it goes on sale it drops to around $430. But right now it’s down to $350, which is the lowest price by far that we have ever tracked. Obviously, that’s still a ton of money, but if you’re the kind of person who wants to build a 5,000-piece train with minifigures galore and a tiny Platform 9 ¾, right now you can live out your dreams for cheaper than ever. Anything from the trolley?
Buy at Amazon for $350 ($150 off).
Our guide to the best portable chargers says that Anker’s teeny charger is tough to beat if you need a cheap source of a top-up for your phone. This power bank has a built-in rotating USB-C connector (the lightning version isn’t on sale), so you don’t need to worry about cables. It packs 5,000 mAh of energy which will fully charge most phones. Toss it in your bag and never have to worry about sitting near an outlet at the coffee shop when your phone is about to bonk.
Anker Nano Power Bank for $21 ($9 off)
WIRED editor Parker Hall has used this 8-inch Shun Cutlery Sora Chef’s Knife nearly every day for a decade. He says as much in the WIRED Buy It for Life Guide. It fluctuates in price a little here or there, but right now it’s down to $75 at Amazon. It hasn’t sold for less than this all year. If you’re still rocking the knife block set you got as a Christmas gift 15 years ago, perhaps it’s time for an upgrade. Just a thought!
Buy it at Amazon for $75 ($25 off).
WIRED Reviews editor Julian Chokkattu is the keeper of our wildly popular best office chairs guide and sits on an office chair every single day. Actually, all of us seem to sit on an office chair every day—which is why it’s a good thing to invest in. Right now you can save $50 off our pick for the best.
As Julian writes, “a good chair often means one that offers a variety of adjustments. Branch's Ergonomic Chair fits this criterion. It's surprisingly easy to assemble in minutes (the instructions are great), and there are tons of little tweaks you can make to dial it the fit. You can push the armrest back and forward, up and down; the seat can extend out or be pushed all the way in; you can lock the recline. There's even adjustable lumbar support. The chair does all this while managing to look sleek, without an outlandish price.”
Branch Ergonomic Chair for $279 ($50 off)
Union & Scale FlexFit Hyken Mesh Task Chair for $140 ($60 off)
Our best budget pick, from Union & Scale, is also $60 off at Staples
Branch Verve chair for $466 ($100 off)
Take everything about the Branch Ergonomic Chair and upgrade it a notch—that's the Branch Verve. It’s more expensive but the discount makes it even more attractive.
Keep an eye on that expanding waistline over the holidays with this smart scale from Withings, which tracks your weight and breaks out body fat, water, and muscle measurements. It syncs with the excellent Withings mobile app to chart the weight of up to 8 people, so your whole family can despair at how much work they need to do to get back in shape come the New Year. It hasn’t been this price since Cyber Monday last year.
Buy it at Amazon for $70 ($30 off).
Philips Sonicare 4100 Electric Toothbrush
OK, you're awake with a sunrise alarm clock, have jammed out to tunes with a new shower radio, and now it's time to brush your teeth.
Our guide to the best electric toothbrushes includes the Philips Sonicare 4100 Electric Toothbrush which is described as “a good mid-range brush with two intensity levels, a pressure sensor, and a two-minute timer. It does what it needs to do without a bunch of unnecessary bells and whistles.” We like it as a good deal at $50 and right now it’s just $30. Here are a few other electric toothbrush deals worth looking at.
Philips Sonicare ProtectiveClean 53000 for $60 ($50 off)
This is the newest model of the toothbrush I've had for years and which I like very well, and it's nearly half off today.
Bitvae Ultrasonic Electric Toothbrush for $15 ($5 off)
This is our reviewer Medea Giordano's favorite budget brush and it's a few bucks cheaper than normal today.
If the zombies were coming and I forgot my Our Place Always Pan during my escape, I would go back for it. I love it so much that I use it more frequently than my also-beloved All-Clad cookware (which is extensive—thanks Factory Seconds). It heats up quickly and evenly, and the design means you can use it for everything from making stew to browning meat to scrambling up some eggs. This $50 discount is the lowest we’ve tracked. And the colors are fun! And there’s a spoon holder! And it’s oven-safe! And it’s made from recycled aluminum! And it’s cheaper than ever!
Buy at Our Place for $100 ($50 off)
Photograph: Ampere
OK, you’re awake! Now it’s time to shower. Every shower is made better with a little music (but not a dance party. Safety first people!) According to WIRED Reviews editor Julian Chokkattu, the best choice for shower tunes is the Ampere Shower Power Pro. The Bluetooth speaker easily attaches to your showerhead – confirmed after he installed it in three different showers – and uses power generated from the flowing water to make your jams, well, jam. We haven’t seen the price drop to under $100 since late last year.
Amopere Shower Pro for $99 ($50 off)
Homelabs Sunrise Alarm Clock
sunrise alarm clock
Wakey wakey! It’s the wee hours of Cyber Monday morning and WIRED is up and liveblogging. We won't bore you with a long welcome to the day, as you're here for Cyber Monday deals and there are definitely deals to be had. You can still see Black Friday deals below, most of which still seem to be active based on our spot-check. You'll also see a few deals posted over the weekend when the live blog was dormant.
Onward! Right now we’re eyeing significant savings on several of our picks for the best sunrise alarm clock. The top pick from Homelabs is normally $30-40 on Amazon, which reviewer Matt Jancer calls a steal, “especially with the extras like multicolor mood lighting, access to an FM radio, and a center Snooze button that's easy to hit.” Well, right now it’s $18 which makes it grand theft.
Homelabs Sunrise Alarm Clock for $18 ($12 off)
Philips SmartSleep Wake-up Light for $90 ($25 off)
This is the upgrade pick in our guide and it’s normally north of $100. Right now you can nab it for $90.
Philips SmartSleep Connected Sleep and Wake-Up Light Therapy Lamp for $190 ($30 off)
We call this our “super-premium pick.” Writes Jancer: “I was ready to say I couldn't recommend a $270 alarm clock. But the SmartSleep, formerly known as the Somneo, nailed the basics of what a sunrise alarm should be, then piled on a bunch of customizable features you won't find on other devices.” You can get the model that is not app-enabled for $160.
There's an important pit stop in between Black Friday and Cyber Monday, and it's today—Small Business Saturday. WIRED staffers have rounded up their favorite local businesses that have online shopping. Of course, we encourage you to check out your own hometown for small business gems that you can support. But if you're looking for some more options, these are our faves!
