Never fear, here’s a complete recap:

Episode 1

Co-hosts Sonia Kruger and Dr Chris Brown kicked off Season 21 of Dancing with the Stars by introducing this year’s contestants.

Then Lisa McCune took to the stage. She performed a “fiery” Tango with her partner Ian Waite and earned an impressive 30 points from the judges.

Nadia Bartel was up next with a Cha-Cha-Cha that left the judges wanting more. “The hip and leg action was not there in the slightest,” judge Craig Revel Horwell said.

Ant Middleton and his partner Alex Vladimirov then performed a Paso Doble, earning 18 points.

Up next was James Stewart, who was called a “sexy beast” by judge Helen Richey for his Cha-Cha-Cha.

Julie Goodwin was scheduled to perform after James, but sadly the MasterChef alum was forced to withdraw from the episode after suffering two serious tears to her calf muscles in rehearsal.
