Nine CFS firefighting crews have saved neighbouring properties by containing a fully involved house fire on Fairway Court in Goolwa South.

Firefighters will remain on scene working to extinguish the blaze and ensuring the area is safe into the early hours of the morning. The two-storey house has been completely engulfed by the fire with the estimated damage value more than $800,000.

SA Police and SA Ambulance are also on scene. Fire cause has been notified and will be investigating.
