Gavin Casalegno is a married man! The Summer I Turned Pretty star posted the ultimate hard-launch, successfully surprising fans everywhere by announcing his marriage to a woman named Cheyanne King, who fans didn’t even know he was dating! So, who exactly  is Gavin’s new bride?

First, let’s start with the hard-launch of it all. In November 2024, the couple revealed they were married via Instagram, posting several photos from the breathtaking ceremony. “FOREVER CAPTIVATED BY YOU????️,” Gavin captioned the post, tagging his new bride.

Fans were incredibly surprised in the comments underneath the post, as the actor had never posted or confirmed he was in a relationship prior to then. As for Cheyanne, she has posted several photos of Gavin on her Instagram page, however, she never showed his face or tagged him in her pics. The earliest photo that we could find was a blurry one of what appears to be her and Gavin while on a trip to Jamaica in May 2023.

Their marriage comes two years after Gavin and model/actress Larsen Thompson broke up in August 2022, J-14 reported at the time. They dated for around six years after getting together in 2016, and often posted photos of one another on social media and attended red carpet events.

Following their split, Gavin revealed he would “prefer dating someone who isn’t in the social media space at all,” during an interview with Cosmopolitan in June 2023,

He also shared that since his rise to fame from TSITP, he’s felt the need to be “more private.”

“I definitely have just learned to be more private, which is super-interesting because I’m always out in public,” he said. “I had to really learn to navigate my own privacy and well-being.”

He continued, “So, the quick fix for me is just deleting Instagram and all these apps to kind of check out, to be with my family and be with myself, to spend some time with the Lord — that’s really where I thrive.”
