Hozier 2024 Australian Tour Setlist Revealed
Hozier is touring Australia with a huge run of shows in support of his latest album, Unreal Unearth, making fans’ dreams come true with his first tour down under in five years.
Beginning the tour in Perth last night (5 November) with his first of two shows at RAC Arena, Hozier’s tour will continue with concerts in Adelaide, Torquay, Melbourne (two shows at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl), Sydney, Hunter Valley, and Brisbane.
In a review of his show at Perth’s RAC Arena, The Music’s Sam Mead said of Hozier’s performance:
The Irish folk god is in a league of his own when it comes to creating lush soundscapes that fold and wrap around themselves until they burst into unearthly notes that must be how angels sound. Nothing fits this more than the slow build of Francesca as he croons about wanting to go through the trials of life again to be with a loved one. Goosebumps.

Good news for fans of Hozier’s new songs like Too Sweet and Francesca: his latest album, Unreal Unearth, received the biggest showing at last night’s show, with nine of the 23 songs stemming from the LP.

While Hozier’s Australian tour was announced in March, the demand continued to increase into late June, when he received a second Perth show and a venue upgrade in Adelaide. Those moves followed an additional show at Melbourne’s Sidney Myer Music Bowl, added just a week after the tour was announced.
Last year, he told The Music’s Carley Hall about the themes of Unreal, Unearth in an interview:
Sometimes, they can be personal reflections, or maybe, at times, deeply personal reflections or experiences of past experiences. But once it's done, and once it's out in the world, it also belongs to everyone else. And the way I view it is if something resonates with you, it most likely is going to resonate with somebody else.
