Annual Australian inflation rate eases to 6pc in June quarter, 4.9pc in Perth
Australia’s inflation rate has eased to 6 per cent in the 12 months to June, while Perth has had the lowest price hikes of any capital city.
June quarter data from the Australian Bureau of Statistics provided a strong sign inflation is getting under control, with prices up 0.8 per cent across the country over the three months.
