Goodnight

That’s it from us on the live blog tonight, folks.

There are plenty of Aussies still in action around the courts at Wimbledon, and luckily, we’ve got our best reporter Marc McGowan on the ground in London to cover their matches.

Look out for his wrap in the morning! Can Daria Saville defeat Ukraine’s Marta Kostyuk? And what about Adam Walton’s debut Grand Slam run?

Find all that out in our pages tomorrow.

Have a good sleep! Or, if you’re staying up to watch the Aussies overnight, have a good sleep in in the morning.

She was up 6-4, 5-2 against Ukraine’s Marta Kostyuk but the world No.18 fought back to claim the second set in a tie-breaker. Kostyuk dominating the tie-breaker 7-2.

Now, it’s 1-1 in the third.

Demon is all smiles in London after another win

Alex de Minaur joked it would have been good if he didn’t get broken in the third and had closed out the match just a little quicker, as he needs to get over to his girlfriend Katie Boulter’s match on Court 1.

But really, he was all smiles.

“Very happy to get the win today, never easy to get the win in these conditions,” said de Minaur, noting the strong winds.

“Very happy to get to the third round and very happy the sun is out in London... This is always a surface I’ve enjoyed… I look forward to it every year. I always enjoy this tournament and hopefully I can go deep.”

The Demon gets it done!

And he’s done it. Pretty easily in the end, despite a slight challenge from his opposition right at the end.

Alex de Minaur has defeated Jaume Munar in three sets, 6-2, 6-2, 7-5.

The Aussie was controlled and quick, aggressive and skillful. All round, a very good performance from de Minaur, who is looking to make a deep run at this tournament.

And there’s plenty of Aussies cheering him on there too. Plenty of “Let’s go Demon!” from the crowd. They’ll need to make sure their pipes are ready for the week and a bit ahead.

Demon on track to take the third

Alex de Minaur hasn’t looked in trouble for a second this match.

He cruised through the first two sets 6-2, 6-2 and is now up in the third 4-1.

Apologies to anyone who prepared snacks for a late one - this is looking like it’ll be wrapped up nice and early.

Saville on cusp of upset

Daria Saville was up 5-2 in the second set but Marta Kostyuk has fought back, winning the next two games.

If Saville can get it done, it’ll be another big upset for the tournament at the hands of an Aussie.

Aussies doing well across the courts By Marc McGowan

A great start to day four at Wimbledon for the Australians.

Demon is in cruise control up two sets against Jaume Munar, and Daria Saville on the verge of a big upset against top-20 star Marta Kostyuk.

This would be her first time in the last 32 at a slam since 2022 Roland-Garros. The only other time she did this at Wimbledon was six years ago

Meanwhile, Adam Walton is also up a break in the second set after dropping the first.
