Vice Presidential Candidate J.D. Vance coming to Michigan
SHELBY TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WILX)—Republican Vice Presidential Candidate J.D. Vance will campaign in Michigan on Wednesday. Vance will appear at the Shelby Township Police Department in Macomb County at 10 a.m.
Back in July, Vance was in Grand Rapids just days after former President Donald Trump chose him to join him on the Republican ticket.
While in Shelby Township on Wednesday, he will make remarks on behalf of the Trump campaign and advocate for policy changes.
Meanwhile, Vice President and Democratic Presidential Nominee Kamala Harris and her running mate, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, will make a campaign stop in Detroit later Wednesday.
