John Farnham has been pictured celebrating his birthday with his family.

The You’re the Voice hitmaker turned 75 on Monday and appeared to enjoy a dinner with wife Jillian Billman, his son Robert Farnham and Robert’s wife, Melissa.

Melissa, who married Robert in February, took to social media to celebrate the occasion.

“Happy birthday Papa J. Looking forward to making many more happy memories with you guys,” she shared.

Robert also posted a sweet image of the “birthday boy” as the pair enjoyed some time relaxing with their feet up.

Farnham underwent a 12-hour surgery in 2022 after being diagnosed with throat cancer, with doctors removing a tumour from his mouth and reconstructing his jaw.

Speaking to Sunrise hosts Nat Barr and Matt Shirvington late last year, Robert said his dad was going from strength to strength and was now cancer-free.

“He’s doing fantastic. Just the other day he was, you know, walking around with his cane and did a little bit of a dance, which was pretty fabulous,” he said.

“He’s walking with his dog a lot — so he’s really, really happy.”

Robert even shared that his dad had started singing again.
