Zrayka allegedly failed to stop for police, sparking a pursuit through the city's east and his subsequent arrest.

Police allegedly found two guns, a semi-automatic and a revolver, in the car.

Meanwhile, Tupoulahi allegedly fled on foot before he was found in a backyard on Banksia Road.

Police responded to reports of a man on George Street, Dover Heights, holding a loaded gun at 8.20am today before leaving in a Cupra SUV. (Nine)

Ibrahim previously fought to keep his name out of the public in relation to the alleged murder plot, but ditched the secrecy bid in court today, meaning he can now be named as the alleged target.

Both have been charged with multiple offences, including firearm-related crimes, and stalking.

Tupoulahi was also charged with assaulting police.

Police spoke to Ibrahim after the incident. He has not been accused or suspected of any wrongdoing or involvement whatsoever.
