After a somewhat even battle in the opening five rounds, Paro flicked a switch in the sixth, putting Love on the canvas twice before landing the final blow.

Post-fight, Paro spoke of his delight to return to the arena and stated his intention to fight the winner out of Haney and Prograis. The Australian went close to fighting Prograis earlier this year but injury halted his chance at a world title bout.
