Here's When New Episodes of Lioness Season 2 Drop

Gear up, Lioness fans, because your favorite CIA team is back in action.

Starring Zoe Saldaña, Laysla De Oliveira, Morgan Freeman, and Nicole Kidman, and created by Yellowstone mastermind Taylor Sheridan, the series—which debuted under the title Special Ops: Lioness last year—is centered on a team of covert operatives whose mandate is to bring down terrorist organizations within, using female operatives, and is inspired by a real-life CIA program.

Its second season, consisting of eight-episodes, will premiere on Paramount+ on Sunday, October 27, 2024 with two entires. New episodes will stream on a weekly basis after that.

According to the official synopsis, "In season two, as the CIA’s fight against terror moves closer to home, Joe (Saldaña), Kaitlyn (Kidman), and Byron (Kelly) enlist a new Lioness operative to infiltrate a previously unknown threat. With pressure mounting from all sides, Joe is forced to confront the profound personal sacrifices she has made as the leader of the Lioness program."
