Live Nation is giving viewers a glimpse into how notable figures run their brands with the series Side Hustles.
The digital program is set to debut on the company’s streaming platform Veeps on Nov. 8 with a four-episode launch. Journalist SuChin Pak, who is the voice of MTV Cribs, narrates the show that offers insight into how celebrity founders manage their businesses and personal lives.
The guests include Cameron Diaz and fellow Avaline co-founder Katherine Power; Tamera Mowry-Housley and husband Adam Housley from Housley Napa Valley; WWE Hall of Famers Brie and Nikki Garcia from Bonita Bonita; and rapper and Cookies founder Berner.
Hailing from Veeps Studio, Side Hustles is directed by Jason Berger. Executive producers include Berger, Amy Laslett and Mark J. Marraccini for Kids at Play, along with Benji Madden, Joel Madden, Kyle Heller and Bobby Gomez for Veeps. A trailer that is exclusive to The Hollywood Reporter can be seen below.
“I’ve always felt that artists across all mediums, genres and cultures are natural brand builders,” Benji Madden says in a statement. “They tap into their instincts daily and make decisions based on their gut feelings, often starting trends, influencing movements and shifting culture. To me it makes perfect sense as to why so many of us are natural entrepreneurs, and it’s inspiring to be able to look deeper into some of those artist-entrepreneur businesses across different corners of art and entertainment.”
Benji and Joel Madden launched Veeps in 2018, and the platform has streamed performances from such artists as Billie Eilish, Bob Dylan, Foo Fighters and Chris Stapleton.
Episodes stream exclusively on Veeps.com.
