For one pair, the tough questions even led to a sweet declaration – they're officially boyfriend and girlfriend!
Kaylah's mum Lee and grandmother Kay came in hot with a question about whether Kaylah and Eric planned to stay together on the outside.
"100 per cent yeah," Eric quickly replied.

Kaylah and Eric were thrilled with how their first meetings with each other's loved ones went. (Nine)But it was his best friends Blake and Brittany's prying about how official their relationship is that inspired a conversation afterwards.
"Would you like to be my girlfriend?" Eric asked, after awkwardly dancing around the question at first.
"Yes," Kaylah replied with a big smile.

Next up were Mia and Niko, and Mia's mum Olga and sister Athena couldn't help but do a happy dance at the reveal of her Greek partner.
"Niko, you look so nice and handsome and sweet," Athena gushed.
But that wasn't all they had to say, as they forgot to hang up the call before they started yelling about their impressions. Oops!
Niko's sister Ellen began with an awkward question, asking if Niko experienced "love at first sight" with Mia.
Finally, Em and Mercedes' meetings were full of smiles as they told Em's mum Sarita and Mercedes' mum Lestia and brother Marquies that they're officially boyfriend and girlfriend.
But of course, they also had to answer some serious questions about how their long distance relationship would work.
