Erik ten Hag's side beat Barnsley in emphatic style on Tuesday night, slotting seven past the League One team in the third round of the Carabao Cup.
United headed in at the break already three goals up and in control before a flurry of second-half strikes further cemented our grip on the game.
Marcus Rashford, who was making his 200th appearance at Old Trafford for the club, Christian Eriksen and Alejandro Garnacho all netted twice, while a penalty from Antony also featured in a ruthless performance from the Reds.
The scoreline marked our manager's biggest victory to date as United boss but over the years, we have had some very memorable victories where we have also put seven past the opposition.

Academy graduate Rashford was on the scoresheet the last time we scored seven or more goals. Back in February 2021, United, managed by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, thrashed Southampton 9-0 in the Premier League. Seven members of the squad were on the scoresheet that day including Rashford and captain Bruno Fernandes who scored from the penalty spot late on.
Under Sir Alex Ferguson, the Reds scored seven or more goals seven times during his 27-year tenure at the club. In 2011, Wayne Rooney scored a hat-trick as the Reds beat Arsenal 8-2 towards the start of the 2011/12 Premiership season. Less than a year prior, we had thrashed Blackburn Rovers 7-1 on the road to Sir Alex's 12th Premier League title with Dimitar Berbatov scoring five of those goals.
United beat Roma in the Champions League by the same scoreline in 2007 with Rooney once again getting involved in the action as he scored the third in the 18th minute. Cristiano Ronaldo and Michael Carrick both netted braces in that convincing European win.
Sir Alex also oversaw huge victories over West Ham United (7-1), Nottingham Forest (8-1) and Ipswich Town (9-0) in the Premier League. The latter two were records for the division.
The win over the Tykes was also not the first time we have beaten the South Yorkshire outfit 7-0. In October 1997, Solskjaer was involved setting up three goals as Andy Cole scored a hat-trick, Ryan Giggs netted a double and Paul Scholes and Karel Poborsky also got themselves on the scoresheet.

The club scored seven or more goals six times while still playing as Newton Heath with our first 7-0 victory as Manchester United coming in 1902 as we hammered Accrington Stanley in the FA Cup.
Legendary manager Sir Matt Busby oversaw eight victories where his side netted seven goals or more including a ruthless record 10-0 win over Anderlecht in the European Cup - the second time we'd hit double figures after a 10-1 Newton Heath win over Wolves in 1892.
Tuesday's win marks the 28th time the Reds have won by scoring seven or more goals since we became Manchester United - and it was certainly one to remember.
