Nathan Cleary travelled 4000km across the country to support Mary Fowler in Perth on Sunday in a huge sign that the NRL grand final hero is dating the Matildas star.
Fowler was in Western Australia to play a series of Olympics qualifying matches for the Matildas with Cleary photographed at the ground after racing across the country to watch from the stands.
Cleary and Fowler were connected after being spotted together twice following the Matildas surge to the final four at the FIFA Women's World Cup.
Penrith locals were the first to catch sight of the 25-year-old NRL sensation taking a leisurely walk along the scenic Nepean River with the 20-year-old Matildas striker.
Later, they were spotted sharing ice cream together following a promotional event hosted by Adidas, a brand they both endorse.
Fans of both codes declared that they were Australian sport's latest power couple and Cleary's cross-country dash to watch Fowler play will send that speculation skyrocketing.

Cleary missed out on the Australian Kangaroos Pacific Championships series because of a knee injury he picked up in the NRL Grand Final during his heroics for the Penrith Panthers in their win over the Brisbane Broncos.
So while his Kangaroos teammates were doing battle against New Zealand at AAMI Park in Melbourne, Cleary was on the other side of the country supporting the Aussie women's side in Perth.
The Matildas are in Australia to play a series of Olympics qualifying matches and dispatched the Philippines 8-0 at Optus Stadium.
Almost 60,000 people turned out to watch the clash, including Cleary, who was photographed with eager fans outside the stadium before kick-off.
Matildas fan Annie Lewin posted the image with Cleary and the caption 'silly for the tillies'.
A friend was quick to cotton on to the Fowler link and replied: 'Hmmm what was Nathan doing there?'

Cleary and Fowler have not commented on the speculation they are dating - but Cleary's recent dash across the country to watch her play speaks volumes
Both sides have remained silent regarding the possible blossoming romance.
However, Cleary, who parted ways with his former partner Teah Foot last year, hinted at the prospect of a relationship during the NRL's finals launch.
'It is what is, it's a little bit annoying to not have a private life but I like to not talk about it too much and keep anything I can private,' he said.
'Things take off pretty quick with social media but I'll try to keep a private life if I can.'

A knee injury prevented Cleary from playing for the Kangaroos but instead of being in Melbourne to support them, he flew to Perth to support Fowler and the the Matildas
Cleary was asked point blank on the Kyle and Jackie O Show if he was romantically involved with Fowler after the grand final but refused to comment.
'Nah, nah, we're not going to get into that,' he said.
However his halves partner Jarome Luai was happy to fuel the flames when asked by Intern Pete which teammate was most likely to date a Matilda.
'Nathan Cleary, shhh,' he said.
'He was a bit shy about it, that's all.
'I've been trying to get some information out of him.
'I wanna see my bro happy, he's on the lookout for some love.
'Yeah, but we'll see how they go.'
