Former NBA player Montrezl Harrell now continues his career in the Australian League (NBL), playing for the Adelaide 36ers. He was ejected in his most recent game.

At the beginning of the fourth quarter, Harrell was called an offensive foul against Melbourne United's Rob Lee, when suddenly a conflict began. Harrell and Lee got tangled up on the ground, with Harrell pushing his opponent seconds later. Once the former NBA 6th Man of the Year stood up, a much larger scuffle began.

United's Shai Ili, who represented the New Zealand national team in the 2023 FIBA World Cup, was the most active in the conflict. Both Ili and Harrell got ejected.

The action didn't end there.

Moments later, the scuffle transitioned to the area where the courtside fans were sitting. A fan pushed 36ers' Kendric Davis and 36ers GM Matt Weston, Olgun Uluc from ESPN reports.

Multiple fans were ejected after a conflict with Harrell and numerous other players.

"By the time I got there, the fans were screaming at our players, and being really, really aggressive with the players. I've been in the NBA a long time, I've seen a lot of different fights, but when people are right in the front row, they cannot do that. They can pay their money, they can cheer, they can yell at us, but as soon as they start putting hands on people, now it's a different game. From what I saw, they put hands on our GM," 36ers head coach Mike Wells said in the post-game press conference.

The NBL is expected to issue suspensions for all parties involved in the incidents.
