Luka Modric's extra-time penalty has sealed a thrilling 4-2 victory for Croatia over the Netherlands and a place in the European Nations League final.
It was the 37-year-old Modric's 165th appearance for his country, with Netherlands coach Ronald Koeman describing the Real Madrid midfielder as, "In one word: fantastic".
