Doors open on hundreds of new homes above Gadigal Station ...
Sydney CBD’s first build-to-rent tower has opened above Gadigal Station on the M1 Metro North West & Bankstown Line, delivered as part of the city-shaping City & Southwest project.
Indi Sydney has been under construction for two years and was built in tandem with the new Gadigal Metro Station, which sits directly below the new terracotta-coloured tower.
The 39-storey-high tower includes 234 premium apartments which will become home to more than 500 residents.
Along with high-frequency metro services on its doorstep, Indi Sydney residents will have access to hotel-style communal amenities, including co-working meeting rooms; a wellness level with lap pool, spa, sauna, yoga space and gym; and a rooftop lounge and dining room with a kitchen and BBQ area.
The building offers tenants flexible lease terms, has a pet-friendly policy and relaxed rules when it comes to the personalisation of apartments.
Beyond delivering a fast, reliable and frequent transport service, Sydney Metro plays a key role in creating great places where people want to live. Over the coming years, more than 15,000 dwellings are in the planning and construction pipeline on metro-owned land.
Indi Sydney is one of two over-station developments atop the new Gadigal Station. Sydney Metro’s delivery partners Investa, working on behalf of the property owner Oxford Properties Group, engaged CPB Contractors to construct and fit-out the new building.
Further north on Pitt Street, the team is working on the companion building, a new premium office tower for the CBD called Parkline Place. The 39-storey tower rises above the Park Street entrance to Gadigal Station and is scheduled to be completed later this month.
