Aussie stadiums are set to come alive when US Rock Band Pearl Jam brings their tour down under for the first time in a decade.

The band will hit stadiums in Sydney, Melbourne and the Gold Coast on its Dark Matter World Tour, which will start in Queensland on November 13.

How to buy Pearl Jam tickets 

The process of buying tickets to the Dark Matter World Tour is different to the regular system. 

Fans will need to register through Ticketmaster if they are interested in buying tickets, and will be randomly selected to purchase tickets.

Those who have registered will receive a link to their email on February 22, informing them if they have been picked to buy tickets, or if they have been added to the waitlist.

Waitlisted fans will still be able to get tickets if tickets remain after the first release. 

"Pearl Jam is asking fans to register for their Dark Matter World Tour 2024 sale to help block bots and get more tickets to real people who want to attend the show," the ticket site said.

Registration is open today until February 18, 11.59pm.

When is Pearl Jam coming to your city?

The Australian leg of the tour kicks off at Heritage Bank Stadium on the Gold Coast on November 13.

The Rock band will then fly to Melbourne's Marvel Stadium for a show on November 16, before heading to Sydney's Giants Stadium on November 21.
