• The Wolverines swept their last two opponents, Boston University and Notre Dame. Evan Werner was named Big Ten First Star and Third Star after each series. The last two sweeps at Yost have been against Notre Dame.

• Michigan is 28-17-1 in the all-time series with Penn State. The teams split both series last year, with the Wolverines taking the first game and the Nittany Lions the second.

• The Wolverines boast a 3-0-1 record when playing on the road this season, sweeping BU and going 1-0-1 at Arizona State.

Michael Hage leads the team in scoring with nine points in nine games. Garrett Schifsky and Evan Werner follow with eight points apiece, while Jackson Hallum and assist leader T.J. Hughes have six each.

Logan Stein and Cameron Korpi have split goaltending duties. Stein is 4-1 with a 1.59 goals-against average and a .934 save percentage. Korpi is 3-1-1 with a .906 save percentage and a 2.54 GAA.

• Michigan is 2-1 in overtime games this season. Werner scored the winner against Notre Dame and Hallum at BU. The Wolverines also posted an OT win over USNTDP in an exhibition, with Hage scoring the power-play game-winner.
