Blacktown Workers Sea Eagles Coach Wayne Lambkin has finalised his team to play the Penrith Panthers todayin round 20 of The Knock-On Effect NSW Cup.
The match kicks off at 11.45am at Penrith Stadium on Sunday, July 21, and will be shown live on Fox.
