Power outage scheduled for areas of Escanaba Tuesday
ESCANABA, Mich. (WLUC) - Electric line crews will be performing powerline maintenance requiring brief power outages between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
According to a press release from the City of Escanaba, outage durations are expected to last less than 15 minutes for any single customer. The affected locations are from 18th Avenue South to 25th Avenue South between South 22nd Street and Lakeshore Drive.
In case of inclement weather, the backup date will be Wednesday, Dec. 18 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
The city says it understands that anytime the electric service is interrupted it is inconvenient, and will do everything they can to limit the time you without power.
