PUMA taps Clarks' Tara McRae as new SVP marketing - Brand ...
Tara McRae has joined PUMA as senior vice president of marketing and brand strategy for PUMA’s North American market, effective August 30th.
In her new role, she is tasked with developing and executing long term consumer centric brand and marketing strategies to drive growth in the North American market across all channels. She will push the brand in sports, lifestyle and fashion with a special focus on entertainment and basketball marketing.

It is known for using the power of sport to push culture forward through a relentless focus on being true to the brand and obsessed with the consumer,” said McRae. “I am thrilled to come back home to PUMA and work closely with the great team to drive the brand in the North American market.”
McRae joins PUMA from Clarks where she spent the last four years as global chief marketing officer and digital officer. At Clarks, she led all aspects of global and regional marketing strategy, creative direction, global e-commerce, digital strategy and brand partnerships.
The new job marks a return to PUMA North America. McRae worked on the regional marketing team from 2006 until 2016 within the media planning and sports marketing departments.
