Charged: Milford facing two weeks

Dolphins five-eighth Anthony Milford is facing two weeks on the sideline with an early guilty plea for a grade two dangerous contact charge.

Milford's contact on Reece Walsh in Friday night's Battle for Brisbane match against the Broncos is his second offence after a similar charge in 2023.

The suspension would see Milford available again in round nine when the Dolphins face the Cowboys in Townsville.

The club and Milford will now decide whether to contest or accept the charge.
