Sarnanitha was reportedly arrested last month, around the time Olarenshaw, 51, ended the marriage. He has now left Bali.

Police provided fresh details about the operations of the Pink Palace Spa (in Kerobokan) and the Flame Spa (in Seminyak on Bali’s west coast) on Friday, and alleged prostitution.

In a statement, she said she felt used by the management of the business. She also claimed Olarenshaw was a part-owner of the Flame Spa.

7NEWS.com.au is not suggesting Olarenshaw had any knowledge of the business operations or any alleged illegal activities.

7NEWS.com.au is also not saying Olarenshaw was a part-owner of the business, merely that is what has been claimed by his former wife.

Sarnanitha and Olarenshaw have a daughter.

The two spas have now been shut down.

“Bali police have followed up on information from the community that there was prostitution being disguised as spa therapy in two separate places,” Bali police crime director Ketut Suarnaya said.

Police said clients at the Flame Spa were allegedly charged between $95 and $181, and clients at the Pink Palace Spa were allegedly charged between $95 and $238.

Olarenshaw was part of the famous Baby Bombers team who won the 1993 premiership under master coach Kevin Sheedy.

That was his first season in the AFL. After 77 games for Essendon, he moved to Collingwood for the 1999 season.

He only played five games at Collingwood and headed to North Melbourne in 2001 where he only managed one game.

He retired at the end of 2001 but established himself in business in Bali.

He still has many contacts in the AFL and had reputation for throwing huge Bali parties, earning him the nickname ‘The King of Bali’.
