2024 SACE results: Dux, Proxime Accessit announced
We are proud to share our 2024 SACE results with the wider Blackfriars community.
Principal David Ruggiero said 27% of eligible students had achieved an ATAR of 90 or above and 87% of all grades were in the A and B band.
“Even more pleasing is that 100% of our boys achieved their SACE,” Mr Ruggiero said.
“Today, schools across South Australia are celebrating their exceptionally high achievers, Blackfriars included.
“The results we celebrate today are a reflection of your hard work, but they are not the full story. Success can’t be measured by numbers alone; it is found in your resilience, your progress and the impact you’ve had on others.
“Let today be a reminder that success isn’t just about what you’ve achieved but also about who you’ve become in the process. We’re incredibly proud of each and every one of you.”
And he had a parting message for the Class of 2024.
“As you step into the next phase of your journey, know that the future is a blank canvas and you are the artist. Paint it boldly, dream big and never stop believing in yourself,” he said.
“As you leave Blackfriars today, remember that you always have a home here. We are excited to see the amazing things you will achieve. Once a Blacks boys, always a Blacks boy.”
