In the Champions League this week, Joe Gauci (cap #631) was on the bench for Aston Villa as they beat Young Boys 3-0 on Wednesday.

They return to Premier League action on Sunday at 12am (AEST) against Wolves.

Elsewhere in the English top flight, Cam Burgess (cap #633) and Massimo Luongo (cap #571) are likely to appear for Ipswich Town when they travel to Southampton in search of their first win of the season against the second-bottom side in the Premier League on Sunday at 12am (AEST).

In the UEFA Youth League, Nestory Irankunda (cap #643) played 71 minutes for Bayern Munich's academy side in a 2-1 win over Dinemo Zagreb on Tuesday. 

He could feature for the second team in their Regionalliga match against SpVgg Hankofen-Hailing on Saturday at 12:30am (AEST). The first team face SV Werder Bremen on Saturday at 11:30pm (AEST).

Elsewhere in the German Bundesliga, Jackson Irvine (#568) and Connor Metcalfe's (#611) St Pauli host third-placed RB Leipzig on Monday at 3:30am (AEST).

In the Football League Trophy, Keanu Baccus (cap #628) played 66 minutes for Mansfield Town as they lost 3-0 to Bradford City on Wednesday.

They return to League One action on Sunday at 12am (AEST) against Shrewsbury Town.

In Saudi Arabia, Craig Goodwin (cap #562) started again and played 71 minutes for Al-Wehda on Friday in a 1-0 loss to Al-Kholood.

They face Al-Faisaly FC in the Kings Cup of Champions Round of 32 on Monday at 4am (AEST).

In England's second tier, Riley McGree (cap #509) should continue his return to the Middlesbrough fold when they face Sunderland on Saturday at 9:30pm (AEST) in the Championship. 

McGree made his long-awaited return from injury last weekend, featuring in the match day squad for Middlesbrough as they drew 1-1 with Preston North End.

Elsewhere in the Championship, Harry Souttar (cap #606) is likely to appear again for Sheffield United when they face Callum Elder's (cap #614) Derby County on Sunday at 12am (AEST). 

Samuel Silvera (cap #634) and Kusini Yengi (cap #638) could also feature in the Championship when Portsmouth look for their first win of the season against Burnley while Alexander Robertson's (cap #630) Cardiff City face Leeds United on Sunday at 12am (AEST). 

Over to Scotland, where Kye Rowles (cap #622) and Cameron Devlin (cap #625) should play again for Heart of Midlothian as they look to move off the bottom of the table with their first win of the campaign against St Mirren on Sunday at 12am (AEST) in the Scottish Premiership.


Elsewhere in Scotland's top flight, Hibernian's Lewis Miller (cap #635) and Martin Boyle (cap #599) will be hoping to pick up points when they face Rangers on Sunday at 9pm (AEST). 

Meanwhile, Josh Nisbet (cap #642) could feature for Ross County again this week when they take on St Johnstone on Sunday at 12am (AEST). Nisbet played 79 minutes of Ross County's 2-0 win against Dundee last weekend.

In the Scottish Championship, Ryan McGowan (cap #546) should start for Livingston against Airdrieonians FC on Sunday at 12am (AEST) while his brother Dylan McGowan’s (cap #590) Hamilton Academical face Raith Rovers FC at the same time.

In Italy, Alessandro Circati (cap #637) should start again for Parma when they face fellow mid-table side Lecce on Sunday at 4:45am (AEST) in Serie A.

Elsewhere in Serie A, Maty Ryan's (cap #555) Roma host Udinese on Monday 2am (AEST). 

In the Belgian First Division A, Jordan Bos (cap #632) could feature again for K.V.C. Westerlo against Royal Antwerp on Sunday at 2:15am (AEST). Bos made his return from injury for Westerlo in a 2-2 draw with Anderlecht last weekend. 

The Belgian First Division A will also continue for Aiden O’Neill (cap #629) as his Standard de Liège side face Royale Union Saint-Gilloise on Saturday at 4:45am (AEST).

In the Swiss Super League, recent Socceroos returnee Awer Mabil (cap #597) should feature again for Grasshopper when they face league leaders Servette FC on Sunday at 2am (AEST).

In J League, Mitch Duke (cap #559) is likely to feature in Machida Zelvia’s home clash with Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo on Saturday at 7:30pm (AEST). Machida returned to the top of the league as outright leaders after rivals Sanfrecce Hiroshima dropped points last weekend. 
 


Elsewhere in Japan, Thomas Deng (cap #598) played 55 minutes for Albirex Niigata while Mitch Langerak (cap #566) was in goal for Nagoya Grampus in a 3-0 win on Wednesday.

Niigata face Vissel Kobe on Sunday at 7pm (AEST) while Nagoya face Kawasaki Frontale on Sunday at 5pm (AEST). 

In France, Denis Genreau (cap #610) could feature when Toulouse continue their Ligue 1 campaign against Stade Brestois 29 on Monday at 1am (AEST).

Over to Denmark, where Mohamed Toure (cap #636) and recent call-up Paul Izzo are likely to appear for Randers when they face FC Midtjylland on Sunday at 10pm (AEST). 

John Iredale's (cap #640) AaB Fodbold return to Danish Superliga action on Tuesday at 3am (AEST) against FC Copenhagen.

In Sweden, Alex Gersbach (cap #587) could also feature for Kalmar FF when they face AIK Fotboll on Saturday at 11pm (AEST).

In Norway’s Eliteserien, Gianni Stensness (cap #671) should also play for Viking FK when they face Fredrikstad FK on Monday at 3:15am (AEST).

In Croatia’s HNL, Fran Karicic (cap #607) is likely to start for NK Lokomotiva when they host NK Osijek on Monday at 1:30am (AEST). 

In Major League Soccer, Brad Smith (cap #575) was an unused substitute for Houston Dynamo on Thursday in a 1-1 draw with Vancouver.

They face Austin on Sunday at 10:30am (AEST). 

In the K1 League, Harrison Delbridge's (cap #623) bottom-placed Incheon United face league leaders Ulsan on Sunday at 8pm (AEST).

Jason Cummings (cap #626) and Dimitri Petratos (cap # 593) played full games while Jamie Maclaren (cap #584) was an unused substitute for Mohun Bagan SG in their 0-0 draw with Ravshan Kulob in the AFC Cup on Wednesday night.

They continue the Indian Super League season against NorthEast United on Tuesday at 12am (AEST).

Kenny Dougall (cap #608) should feature again for Buriram United when they look to continue their unbeaten start to the season against PT Prachuap FC on Sunday at 10pm (AEST). Dougall played 88 minutes in the AFC Champions League on Tuesday as they drew with Vissel Kobe 0-0.

Starting in the USA, where Lachlan Brook played 57 minutes for Real Salt Lake City in the MLS as they beat FC Dallas 3-2 on Thursday. He is likely to feature again on Sunday at 11:30am (AEST) against Portland Timbers.

Brook has started in his past three matches for Real Salt Lake as they sit in second position on the Western Conference ladder, trailing leaders LA Galaxy by five points.

Giuseppe Bovalina could also feature for the Vancouver Whitecaps in the MLS when they face LA Galaxy on Sunday at 12:30pm (AEST). 

Cameron Peupion could feature for Brighton and Hove Albion's first team again when they face Nottingham Forest FC on Sunday at 11pm (AEST). Alternatively, the academy side face Nottingham Forest FC under-21 on Saturday at 4am (AEST) in Premier League 2.

Elsewhere, Nectarios Triantis could feature again for Hibernian when they face Rangers on Sunday at 9pm (AEST). 

Louis D'Arrigo might be involved for Lechia Gdansk as they face Jagiellonia Białystok on Saturday at 10:45pm (AEST).

In the Austrian Bundesliga, Jacob Italiano could also feature for Grazar AK when they face LASK on Sunday at 1am (AEST).
