Song Jae Rim, South Korean actor, was found dead in his apartment in Seoul's Seongdong district, police said. According to media outlet OSEN, actor Song Jae Rim was found dead in his flat. He was 39.

A two-page letter was reportedly discovered at the scene, as per a report in Korean news portal Soompi. While the exact cause of his death has not yet been confirmed, police officials have stated that there are currently no signs of foul play. Authorities have indicated that there are currently "no signs of foul play" and have shared that the investigation into the actor's death is ongoing, as per reports.

According to a report in Koreaboo.com, Song Jae Rim’s funeral is scheduled to take place at a funeral home in Yeouido on November 14 at 12 PM KST. However, a burial site for the actor has not been confirmed.

Song Jae Rim was born in 1985 and started his acting career with the 2009 film Actresses and gained widespread recognition for his role in the 2012 drama The Moon Embracing the Sun. Rim then went on to become part of several notable television dramas, including Flower Boy Ramen Shop, Inspiring Generation, Two Weeks, Goodbye Mr. Black, Bad Girls, Our Gap-soon, Surfing House, Let Me Hear Your Song, and Queen Woo. His film credits include Grand Prix, The Suspect, Crazy Love, Yacha, Bait, and Plop: A Man Who Lost His Business.

Apart from his screen work, Song Jae Rim also showcased his talent on stage, most recently performing in the play The Rose of Versailles, which concluded on October 13. This was his final project before his untimely death.

This year, he was also seen in Queen Woo. He was also popular courtesy his participation in We Got Married Season 4. He shared the screen with Kim So-eun. He had two projects in the pipeline. These include I’ll Become Rich and Death Business, as per reports.
