Celebrate Talk Like a Pirate Day & Save the Date for the 2024 ...

Bigger than ever, this free family-friendly event will feature multiple entertainment stages, live cannon performances, a mermaid grotto, enchanted market, treasure hunts, a wide array of food and more. 

The event will kick-off with a cannon firing promptly at 12 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Attendees will enjoy non-stop entertainment on five stages from Ronin Taiko, Mac Tier Celtic Rock Band, Hips of Destruction, Acrobellum, Girlfriend Material Band, Spider Cherry and more. The famous Mermaid Jules and her friends will provide makeovers at the Mermaid Grotto. Tiny pirates can dig for treasures in the Lil Scallywag Zone as well as enjoy bounce houses, face painting and more. The Field of Danger will feature Sky Pirates & the Wheel of Death who will perform jaw-dropping stunts and death-defying feats. 

Immerse yourself in an adventure at the Pirate Encampment which will include axe throwing, sword fighting and a haunted trail after dark on Saturday night. The Enchanted Market will showcase treasures from Dragon Eggs, C Shells Florida, BohoVibes, The Licorice Guy, Key West Sterling Silver Company and more. Feast like a pirate with food and beverage vendors such as: A Taste of Africa, Smoker 61 BBQ, Carib Blends, Tulum Taco Shop and Kocoa Chocolate Bar & Ice Cream. 

For the safety of attendees and vendors, the following roads will be closed beginning Thurs., Oct. 23 through Mon., Oct. 28.: East Ocean Avenue from Seacrest Boulevard to 4th Street (to include all access points) and Southeast 1st Avenue from Seacrest to Southeast 1st Street.
