Arsenal have signed a multi-year extension of their partnership with Ticketmaster.

The Gunners have made use of the ticketing specialist’s various technologies across ticket exchange, ticket transfer, and automated ballots, which allow fans to buy online memberships and begin the ticket application through a membership-restricted ballot.

During the 2023/24 season, Ticketmaster’s automated ballot helped 20% more Red members to acquire Arsenal tickets.

In addition, an average of 9,000 tickets were sent through the platform’s Ticket Transfer per Premier League match, helping the club fill out its 60,704-seat Emirates Stadium home.

Ticketmaster’s expansive Premier League partnership roster includes Tottenham Hotspur, West Ham United, Fulham, Brentford, Crystal Palace, Everton, Wolves, Nottingham Forest, and Luton Town.

Tom McCann, Venue Director at Arsenal, said, “With unprecedented demand for tickets across our men’s and women’s teams, it’s important we continue to serve our supporters the best and the most efficient experience when it comes to ticketing.

“We value the support we have had from Ticketmaster over such a long period and we’re pleased to be extending our relationship.”
