Three funniest moments from the Travel Guides' trip to Florida

While we're rugged up in Australia, the Travel Guides were off to America's sunshine state!

"We've never been to Florida but it's been at the very top of our list," Matt beamed excitedly.

Joining Matt and Brett were "holiday snobs" Kevin and Janetta, best mates Kev, Dorian and Teng, the Fren Family, plus newest besties Karly and Bri.

The Guides checked out funky Miami, then took a bite out of gator country...

Karly faces her 'worst nightmare'

The Guides hit the road three hours north of Miami towards Port Canaveral. No sun-kissed beaches here, just swamps and gators.

Home to 200 swamp-loving beasts is Jungle Adventures, an old-school gator park that's been terrifying tourists for over 50 years.

Let's add Karly and Kev to that list, shall we?

Gator: 1. Bri: 0. (Nine)

"This feels like my worst nightmare," said Karly as she approached the feeding platform.

"Think of the worst smell you've ever smelt and times that by 1000," said Karly as Bri gagged while they fed the gators "two-week old rotting chicken".

Kev however, took a more hands-on approach.

"You know that gators are actually some of the world's deadliest animals and you got in the water with about 200 of them," Dorian pointed out to Kev. "Give one a little scratch..."

As you can see in the video, Kev actually did!

Bri and Dorian soar to new heights

If you're keen to take in the "magnificent" views of South Beach, Miami, there's only one way to do it: parasailing.

Miami is America's second most popular tourist destination after New York, known for its banging beaches and year-round blue skies.

Only Bri wouldn't know because she spent the whole time eyes closed, screaming.

At least Teng was having fun. (Nine)

"WE ARE SO HIGH, KARLY!" Bri screamed as they para-sailed over the blue sea.

Meanwhile, Dorian looked like he was about to be sick.

As the boat slowed down, the Guides got closer and closer to the water. 

"They were dipping us like chicken tenders," Karly laughed. "I'm glad that I did it, but I would never do it again."

The Guides have a squealing good time in the Bahamas

Next stop, the Bahamas! Sandy Toes is a private island where a dozen protected pigs call home. Here, the Guides did a full-day tour and made some friends along the way by the looks of it...

Swim little piggy! (Nine)

"Oh my god, watch him swim!" pointed Teng excitedly. "Where else in the world can you see a pig on the beach?"

"Such a weird, unique thing to do," smiled Kev.
