Detectives seek female jogger who narrowly missed being hit with arrow prior to Ipswich supermarket incident

Moments before a 15-year-old girl was injured outside a supermarket in Booval, police say a female jogger narrowly escaped injury when an arrow was fired in her direction, but detectives have been unable to track her down.
