'Paganistic' ritual for winter solstice at Aldinga's Stonehenge - ABC ...

June 21 is the winter solstice, and residents of Aldinga Arts Eco Village in Adelaide's southern suburbs have developed a tradition.

Some take an early morning dip, including 84-year-old John, and then congregate with others at SA's 'Stonehenge' for a 30-minute ritual.

"People won't visit Stonehenge (in Wiltshire, England) much more", said creator, Bruce Munday. "They'll come here".
