WiseTech Global directors Charles Gibbon and Maree Isaacs may remain on the software giant’s board even though they failed to inform new members of the board about allegations against billionaire chief executive and founder Richard White.

Mr Gibbon is listed as an independent director of WiseTech but is a substantial shareholder of the company and has served on the board since 2006. ASX governance guidelines recommend assessing director tenure after a decade.
