'Goodbye': The first photos the Yellowstone cast have shared since ...

Monday saw us visit the Dutton Ranch for the final time as Yellowstone came to end.

Patriarch John Dutton was laid to rest and the fate of the ranch was at last revealed in an emotional finale episode.

The only place you can stream every episode of Yellowstone is on Stan.

With the end of an era, the cast took time to bid farewell to their characters on their personal social media accounts. 

Looking back on the finale however, there's one detail fans might have missed.

Fans gasped when real-life supermodel Bella Hadid made a surprise cameo in Yellowstone.

The Hollywood star played Sadie, Travis Wheatley's girlfriend in the series. While only a brief appearance, Bella certainly looked back on the time fondly...

"@yellowstone ???? best crew, best cast, best horses, best brains," Bella began in a lengthy post.

"Grateful to have been in the presence of and learn a lifetime's worth of knowledge in a few days from the most brilliant of people!

"I could have been cast as a fly on the wall and would have been just filled with gratitude to be on a set like this for the last season of a show I love so deeply!

But there's one star Bella personally thanked from the series.

That was Kelly Reilly (Beth Dutton), who she shared the screen with.

"Thank you Kelly for being such an inspiring mentor for our few days together," Bella continued.

"Helpful, beautiful, kind, talented and caring. she really IS that great and badass, guys!

"Thank you Taylor [Sheridan] for everything, having faith in me and the opportunity. not a better group ???? watch Yellowstone now."

Growing up on our screens was Brecken Merrill, who played Tate in the hit-drama series.

In a personal post, Brecken reflected on the final episode and shared a moment from John's funeral scene.

"We lay a patriarch to rest and returned land to its people," he began.

"Thank you all for your enthusiastic support over the years. It was such an adventure getting to tell a small part of the story of the Duttons."

But there's one detail fans might have missed.

"Who else cried when they heard Elsa's narration?" the actor wrote.

Brecken was referring to the narration at the very end of the episode, which was in fact the character of Elsa Dutton from the Yellowstone prequel 1883.

Elsa was believed to be the first Dutton to die on the land, and now John was the last. Fans in the comments called it a "full circle moment". 

There was even a nod to Elsa's character at the very end...

In the last 10 minutes of the episode, Mo stood the headstones back up. The first headstone belonged to Elsa Dutton who died in 1883.

The last headstone belonged to John Dutton III.

"Hearing Elsa at the end of the show brought me to tears," one fan wrote. 

"Elsa narrating at the end was a full circle moment I wasn't prepared for ????," said another. "Beautiful ending that wouldn't made John and his ancestors proud ❤️."

"Perfect ending! Bringing back Elsa's voice was a perfect touch," a third agreed. 

Yellowstone no doubt played a huge part in Brecken's life. 

"I keep seeing farewell posts, and I guess it's time. Goodbye, Tate," the young actor shared on Instagram.

"It was an honor and a privilege to grow up with you. I'm forever grateful to Taylor [Sheridan] and my whole Yellowstone family.

"You guys are all magic makers, and I'm proud to know you."

After seven incredible years, fans weren't ready to say goodbye to Yellowstone's Beth Dutton - and it seems neither was actress Kelly Reilly.

Taking to Instagram, Kelly seemingly teased "a new chapter" for Beth as she bid farewell to the original series.

"Whatever the future holds this is the ending of the show we have been making for the past seven years," the actress began.

"Words cannot convey how I feel about the people I got to work and create with over the seasons."

In a heartfelt comment, one fan thanked Reilly for her impactful work. As Reilly personally responded, she may have hinted a future with Beth Dutton in it...

"You truly deserve every accolade possible for your portrayal of Beth. I'm struggling to put into words what she means to me," the fan began.

"I hope you get a reprise the role because I personally am not finished watching Beth ????."

To which Kelly replied: "You don't have to be finished .. a new chapter is happening . I wasn't ready to let her go either … ❤️ thank you."

Within just hours, the response amassed over 200 likes with one fan adding: "Thank you for the brilliant news!! I would have missed Beth far too much ❤️."

Here's a snap shared from Yellowstone's most recent episode.

"Ride or Dies ♥♥♥," Jen commented. 

Ian shared the same image while he looked back on his experience.

"Seven years with these amazing people all of whom have become family," he wrote.

"I am forever grateful to you all and I hope you enjoy the finale."

In this photo, he's pictured with his on-screen romance Abby (played by Lainey Wilson).

Lainey commented: "Grateful to be your Abby."

Hassie Harrison, who plays Laramie in the series, posted a sweet nod to real-life husband and on-screen boyfriend Ryan Bingham.

"Babe, wake up. The last episode of @yellowstone is on tonight," she wrote.

Sharing a snap with Jen Landon (Teeter), Hassie added: "Are you guys ready for the finale?!? I'm here for all your predictions. ????."

"So many feelings @hassieharrison !!!!" Jen replied.

Sharing more behind-the-scenes photos was Denim Richards who played Colby in the series.

"@yellowstone has gifted such an amazing and blessed experience, it is almost completely impossible to put it into words however I'll try!" he began on Instagram.

"In 2017/18 I don't believe anyone of us thought it would be so amazingly embraced," Denim continued.

"You the fans have been with us from the beginning and I could let be more grateful!"

Luke's on-screen wife Kelsey Asbille (Monica Dutton) also looked back on the last five seasons.

"One episode left. To share the screen with Luke over these past 7 years was such a dream," wrote Monica alongside this photo of the pair.

"You guys are the best. I'm so lucky to know you and learn from you," commented their on-screen son Brecken Merrill (Tate).

While Kelly Reilly commented: "The most beautiful people, inside and out."
