Monday saw us visit the Dutton Ranch for the final time as Yellowstone came to end.
Patriarch John Dutton was laid to rest and the fate of the ranch was at last revealed in an emotional finale episode.
The only place you can stream every episode of Yellowstone is on Stan.
With the end of an era, the cast took time to bid farewell to their characters on their personal social media accounts.
Looking back on the finale however, there's one detail fans might have missed.

But there's one star Bella personally thanked from the series.

Brecken Merrill | TateGrowing up on our screens was Brecken Merrill, who played Tate in the hit-drama series.
In a personal post, Brecken reflected on the final episode and shared a moment from John's funeral scene.
"We lay a patriarch to rest and returned land to its people," he began.
"Thank you all for your enthusiastic support over the years. It was such an adventure getting to tell a small part of the story of the Duttons."
But there's one detail fans might have missed.
"Who else cried when they heard Elsa's narration?" the actor wrote.

Brecken Merrill | TateBrecken was referring to the narration at the very end of the episode, which was in fact the character of Elsa Dutton from the Yellowstone prequel 1883.
Elsa was believed to be the first Dutton to die on the land, and now John was the last. Fans in the comments called it a "full circle moment".
There was even a nod to Elsa's character at the very end...

In the last 10 minutes of the episode, Mo stood the headstones back up. The first headstone belonged to Elsa Dutton who died in 1883.
The last headstone belonged to John Dutton III.
"Hearing Elsa at the end of the show brought me to tears," one fan wrote.
"Elsa narrating at the end was a full circle moment I wasn't prepared for ????," said another. "Beautiful ending that wouldn't made John and his ancestors proud ❤️."
"Perfect ending! Bringing back Elsa's voice was a perfect touch," a third agreed.

"I keep seeing farewell posts, and I guess it's time. Goodbye, Tate," the young actor shared on Instagram.
"It was an honor and a privilege to grow up with you. I'm forever grateful to Taylor [Sheridan] and my whole Yellowstone family.
"You guys are all magic makers, and I'm proud to know you."

Kelly Reilly | Beth DuttonAfter seven incredible years, fans weren't ready to say goodbye to Yellowstone's Beth Dutton - and it seems neither was actress Kelly Reilly.
Taking to Instagram, Kelly seemingly teased "a new chapter" for Beth as she bid farewell to the original series.
"Whatever the future holds this is the ending of the show we have been making for the past seven years," the actress began.
"Words cannot convey how I feel about the people I got to work and create with over the seasons."
In a heartfelt comment, one fan thanked Reilly for her impactful work. As Reilly personally responded, she may have hinted a future with Beth Dutton in it...
