Adam Reynolds produced one of the greatest intercepts ever as he and Reece Walsh succumbed to bad cramping in farcical scenes late in the Broncos’ 34-10 win over the Tigers.

Reynolds could barely walk with three minutes to play, but somehow managed to produce an intercept, before falling over and offloading to Xavier Willison.

“Reynolds can’t even stand up on the far side of the field,” Michael Ennis said.

“What has happened to Brisbane? Normally you see this level of cramping on 40 degree days.”

Andrew Voss was struck by the commentator’s curse as he gave Reynolds no chance of shutting down a Tigers raid down the left.

“He has got a wooden leg Adam Reynolds out on the right wing,” Voss said.

“He is not going to be able to stop this play as Olam comes at him.

“oh yes he can and he gets it away to Willison.”

“That’s the greatest intercept of all time,” Ennis said.

“Watch this for an intercept from Reynolds.

“That’s brilliant. He sees the funny side. He has just seen the replay on the big screen. That was good stuff.”

Reynolds allayed fears of injury after the game in a hilarious interview with Fox League.

“I’m alright, my little legs were cramping up there,” Reynolds said.

“I got the intercept and I looked up and it was too far, so hit the big fella and I don’t know what happened form there, but good to get the result.”

Walsh revealed he had all sorts of issues going on as he cramped badly late in the game, but also cleared himself of injury.

“I’m not too sure hey, it was a sore leg and then my guts started going,” Walsh said.

“I couldn’t even move there at one point. I thought I was coming good and then geez I started cramping up, so I think I need to talk to the dietitian and see what he has got to say.”
